Out of Town Weddings

If your location is on our photography bucket list, wedding photography will be FREE. All that is expected to be paid is travel expenses for me and an assistant.

We prefer for you to book the flight and hotel especially since you’ve probably researched the area much more thoroughly and know the good spots. I just ask that we stay at the same resort or hotel as the majority of the wedding party

CLIENT IS EXPECTED TO COVER (Photographer + Assistant):

• Transportation: plane ticket, rental car, checked bag fees, airport parking, etc.
• Lodging two to five nights (depending on location)
• Food $10 per meal, three times daily (Please note: If the average meal at a resort is higher than $10 a        meal, the fee will adjust accordingly)
